Fully upgraded dependencies: eslint & plugins, framer motion, typescript, chakra ui.

Fixed bug in populate days where day 2 was being skipped in every render.

Fixed date-fns format on the index page what was resulting in the wrong month being displayed. The current month and year should now always render by default as long as the calendar component is being used on the index page.
