Moved all date nav to 1 single function within the calendar context.

Made a dynamic route for the calendar. The slug goes as follows: /YYYY/MM/DD. /now goes to the current date. /today may be added as an alternate route to go to today's date.

Added formik and created a small form to select the date. Complete with date validation, color and emoji validation.

Relinked the next and prev buttons to the new nav function.

Other minor fixes such as updating file and function names.
