Upgraded modules and locked eslint-plugin-react and framer-motion to specific versions. Their most recent version will either break the app during build, production, or development or throws a lot of errors in the console during development.

Periodically check for updates in these modules to see if these bugs are ever resolved. If they are not resolved within a few releases open issues within their repos.
